Nordic Services is a medium size company based in Gdańsk, we provide services for other Vista Holding group companies. The company is organized into two main divisions.

IT OPERATIONS AND SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

The IT Department located in Gdansk is divided into IT Operations and a Software Development. Operations has the crucial task of keeping the IT infrastructure up and running. This involves monitoring system events, troubleshooting error, maintenance and implementation of new and upgraded software.

The Software development department is focused on finding innovative software solution that can assist the various business processes within the whole group. The main tasks consists of gathering and analyzing requirements, project management, designing IT systems, identifying and documenting on-going business processes and quality assurance.

 

ACCOUNTING SERVICES DEPARTMENT

The financial team supplies financial services for some of the companies within the Holding Group. The department is divided into Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable section. The daily work is highly computerized which makes the way the processes are being done innovative and mostly efficient.

The team focuses on AP and AR documents posting as well as customer, vendor and bank accounts reconciliation, accounting reports together with computerized payroll and billing. The department cooperates closely with Software Development Team.

 

DATA PROCESSING

Data administrator is Nordic Services Sp. z o.o. registered in Gdansk (80-386) ul. Lęborska 3B. Personal data is processes based on art. 6 ust. 1. lit. a of the GDPR regulations from 27.04.2016 r., further RODO for recruitment purposes and for processing orders based on art. 6 ust. 1. lit. b. Data is forwarded to other companies within the corporate group (depending on the position and department these companies are: Fluenta AS, Fluenta Solutions Ltd., Trygge Barnehager AS or TB Økonomi AS). Data will be stored for period of time necessary to realize goals mentioned above. The person to which the data belong is allowed to access this data, to correct it, remove, limit processing, transfer and to file a complaint to a supervisory body. Data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling. Giving the data is voluntary, but necessary to realize the above-mentioned goals.
